loadActor command

Loads a .facefx file.

Flag	LongFlag	Arg	Description
-f	-file	Yes	Opens a .facefx file.  The argument is the file path.

Note: Loading a FaceFX file from inside the Ogre Resources directory tree will cause Ogre to complain about duplicate resources.
