FaceFX Commands - cook

The cook command is obsolete, but still supported.   Use publish instead.

Cooking changes the byte order for fast load times on a specific platform.

Flag	LongFlag	Arg	Description
-f	‑filename	Yes	Used with the -end flag to specify the filename to publish to.
-p	‑platform	Yes	Used with the -end flag to specify the platform to cook to. Can be “pc”, “xbox360”, “littleendian”, or “bigendian”
